8/10/2019 In these six days of Patron Saint Festivities there are activities for all audiences, designed to enjoy with the family. Thus the VII Festival festive comic A Rúa é Vosa will bring to the city of Cabe, in the morning and afternoon, performances of magic, pampering, humor, acrobatics, circus, music, air circus, ... that will delight the most Young people and their parents.
In a territory of such musical tradition as Ribeira Sacra, the musical formations of the surroundings and of Monforte have special prominence in these Parties. The Bagpipes Group of the City Council will liven up the different neighborhoods of the city with its parades. The Municipal Band of Monforte and Chantada will perform in the Plaza de España.
On August 15, Gaiteiro Day will take place with the groups Érbedo, Redegaita, O Cego da Veneira, Os Xograres, Merenzao and Lemavos. They will perform during the morning in different neighborhoods of the city to at 20.30 celebrate in the Plaza de España the Sample of Dance and Traditional Music.
